How do I book a table?
Browse restaurants in the app, pick a venue, choose date, time and party size, and confirm. You get a notification when the restaurant confirms.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes, directly in the app. Please check each restaurant's cancellation policy.
Do I need an account?
Yes. An account saves your preferences and makes bookings easy to manage.
How do I find restaurants near me?
The app uses your location to show nearby restaurants. You can also search by cuisine, price range or name.
How is my payment information handled?
All transactions go through trusted payment gateways. Noshbox does not store full card details on its servers.

How can my restaurant join Noshbox?
Become a partner or email contact@noshbox.vn. Noshbox gets back to you within one business day.
What equipment do we need?
Nothing new. Staff use the Noshbox Merchant app on existing phones; managers use the dashboard in a browser.
Is there a cost to join?
Plans are recommended by restaurant size after the first conversation. The consultation is free and non-binding.
What analytics does Noshbox provide?
Bookings, arrivals and cancellation rate by day, plus the dishes ordered, booking frequency and average spend per guest, so you can decide on data.
Who owns the guest data?
Your restaurant. Noshbox processes data under the Privacy Policy.
